The Goal. The purpose of this site is:
(1) to present in detail some proposals I submitted to politicians, experts, and journalists, but that were not discussed properly (if at all) by neither the press and media nor by politicians
although one could have prevented the war in Iraq and the others would help us to resolve our global problems (environment, poverty,);
(2) to analyze the responses I received (or absence of response) from politicians and experts, and to describe the intellectual process that lead me to make the proposals; and,
(3) to describe as precisely as possible the difficulties I had in France and in the US (political persecutions,) since 1993 - this includes an analysis of the legal issues of general interest I addressed in my
lawsuits.
The Audience. The site is designed for persons who are interested in the work of international organizations, in Internet, in politics, in law, and in
our global problems [politicians, IO managers and employees, journalists, lawyers, scientists, civil servants, anybody,]. (This is not a John Grisham novel, at least not yet, and any resemblance with the novels 'The Firm' or 'The Street Lawyer' is entirely coincidental!)
